I think it's significant that we seem only to give aid to those bits of Bongobongoland that were once British colonies.
Sane people are not allowed to think, und vee hef veys off enforcing that. Vee vill arrest you for “inciting racial hatred” iff you repeat zee phrase “bongo bongo” again. And iff vee can’t get you for “incitement” there are several other equally vague bits of legislation which essentially give us powers of arbitrary arrest.
