Ideally (for me), first prize would have been a gratuitous shot of Anneka's derriere as she climbs onto Keith's chopper.

A moot point, well spotted.
Technically, both could apply. Sometimes it was a case of 'partly on', other times 'well in' (often at the climax, when things got a bit frantic).
BTW, I was particularly impressed by Keith's brilliant manipulation and control - up and down for a whole hour.
Superb all round family entertainment.
