What is alarming is that he has been working on his plans for years, it was all in the public domain and certainly nurses etc would have known about them for at least a year.

Why on earth he now apologises for 'not communicating them properly' is a mystery to me. Whether those are good or bad ideas is a separate debate; secret they were not.; 13 April 2011 at 22:09
